Benton has the best cheeks and dimples ever! Plus two really awesome older siblings that just swooned over him! Enjoy!
Every newborn session is special but when I know a family has tried for a baby for a long time and are finally able to bring that little one home, it just makes it all that more precious and cherished.
Jackson's mommy and daddy have waited a while for him and you can tell they are just beaming with joy over this little guy. I was so happy that one of the first shots we got was him smiling with his mommy!
I so enjoyed snuggling with this little guy!!!
4 years! Jacqueline and Brandon have been married 4 years now and I get to photograph them every year on their anniversary. Jacqueline always comes up with fun places to go. So this year we ventured out to Crank and Boom: Lexington's newest ice cream eatery in the heart of new development on Manchester Street. Thank you to Crank and Boom for letting us photograph in your amazing ice cream parlor!!
Olga and her family live within waking distance of the beautiful Henry Clay Estate in Downtown Lexington, so of course we had to have her family session there! We had the most gorgeous evening and their sweet little girl was all smiles!! I absolutely loved this session an I hope you do too!
If there is ever a family more deserving of fabulous family photos it is the mays Family!! In the last year they have experienced such tragedy with the loss of Kirks brother and their house burning to the ground. I was so pleased to be able to give them these photos. I hope they cherish them forever! And seriously, how cute are those kiddos?!?!
We had an absolutely beautiful day in Lexington when the Johnson kiddos met me at Ashland for their photo shoot. We were shooting Dylan's 7 month sitter session photos and wanted to add big brothers for some family shots. These kiddos were so much fun. Dylan was all smiles and those brothers kept me laughing.
I always tell my parents to be ready with bribery for the kids to keep them happy and smiling. Mom came with the best: a trip to the movie theater to see the newly released "Avengers" movie. So of course when the boys climbed into the nearest tree we had to reenact a few of their favorite characters; Iron Man and Captain America!! I love the shot that came from that reenactment.
Theres something so sweet about a Mommy&Me session. I know personally I'm not in nearly enough photos with my kids. They grow up so fast and these little mini sessions are the perfect ways to push pause for a moment.
Last Tuesday mini session was with Stacy and her little guy Colin. He was pretty skeptical of me at first but after a few minutes he was all smiles and all boy!! Running around, picking flowers, and playing airplane with mom. We couldn't have asked for a prettier day either. I love morning sessions, the lighting is always amazing and the kiddos are generally so happy. I hope you'll enjoy these photos as much as I do!!!
Thanks so much Stacy for sharing your little guy with me!
